Our Philosophy
Our physical therapist is committed to helping each individual using multiple treatment techniques. We believe that there is not one single treatment method that is better then the rest. That is why our therapist is experienced in a variety of rehab techniques including massage, dry needling, kinesiotaping as well as neuromuscular rehabilitation to ensure that patients have a holistic approach to their care. We also encourage a multidisciplinary treatment approach from various providers including chiropractors, occupational therapists, speech therapists, orthotists and prosthetists. We all should work together for your health.

Our Therapist
Radhika Bhagat,PT, MPT, Cert DN, Director
Physical TherapistRadhika Bhagat was born and raised in southeast Michigan. She now lives in Chelsea with her husband, Anu, and their 3 children. In 2002 she graduated from Wayne State University with her Bachelors in Allied Health Science and then went on to complete her Masters in Physical Therapy from the same University. She is licensed by the Board of Physical therapy in the State of Michigan and is a Member of the APTA. In her spare time, she likes to keep in touch with her creative side with art/craft projects around the house and with her children.
Radhika has over 16 years of experience in a wide variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient. She specializes in Neurological and Geriatric Physical therapy, however also treats various orthopedic conditions including post-surgical physical therapy and acute/chronic pain management. She is proficient in many treatment techniques including kinesiotaping, massage, and dry needling.
She has a true passion for physical therapy and puts 100% of her knowledge and skills into every patient.

Physical TherapistSara McDermott is a dedicated physical therapist with over 15 years of experience in outpatient care, and certified in dry needling. She is passionate about helping individuals recover and return to their desired level of function.Sara began her academic journey at Washtenaw Community College, where she earned an Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2009. She later completed her Bachelor’s degree in Small Business Management through the University of Phoenix. Continuing her professional development, she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) through the transitional program at the University of Findlay, graduating in 2018.Outside of her professional life, Sara finds her greatest joy in being a mom. She lives with her two-year-old daughter, Hannah, and their beloved dog, Violet. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she enjoys spending time with loved ones at the lake or on the golf course during the summer months. She is also an avid reader, an active member of her church, and regularly volunteers in her community.
Morgan Jackson,PT,DPT
Physical TherapistMorgan Jackson, Care2Cure’s newest member, is an Ohio native who recently moved to Michigan and now calls Dexter home.
Morgan graduated from the University of Findlay in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Strength and Conditioning, and she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2024 from the University of Findlay as well. During her clinical rotations, she gained experience in outpatient orthopedics, pediatrics, and geriatrics. She especially enjoys working with pediatric patients, treating conditions such as torticollis, developmental delays, and musculoskeletal and sport injuries. Morgan is excited to expand Care2Cure’s pediatric patient base by providing specialized, family-centered care.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and going on walks with her fiancé and dog. She also loves baking, crafting, and working on DIY projects.
