Our Philosophy

Our physical therapist is committed to helping each individual using multiple treatment techniques. We believe that there is not one single treatment method that is better then the rest. That is why our therapist is experienced in a variety of rehab techniques including massage, dry needling, kinesiotaping as well as neuromuscular rehabilitation to ensure that patients have a holistic approach to their care. We also encourage a multidisciplinary treatment approach from various providers including  chiropractors, occupational therapists, speech therapists, orthotists and prosthetists. We all should work together for your health.

Our Therapist

Radhika Bhagat was born and raised in southeast Michigan. She now lives in Chelsea with her husband, Anu, and their 3 children. In 2002 she graduated from Wayne State University with her Bachelors in Allied Health Science and then went on to complete her Masters in Physical Therapy from the same University. She is licensed by the Board of Physical therapy in the State of Michigan and is a Member of the APTA. In her spare time, she likes to keep in touch with her creative side with art/craft projects around the house and with her children.

Radhika has over 16 years of experience in a wide variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient. She specializes in Neurological and Geriatric Physical therapy, however also treats various orthopedic conditions including post-surgical physical therapy and acute/chronic pain management. She is proficient in many treatment techniques including kinesiotaping, massage, and dry needling.

She has a true passion for physical therapy and puts 100% of her knowledge and skills into every patient.

Physical Therapist
Ellen Bonczyk-Duce, is the newest member of our Care2cure team. Ellen is a resident of Saline and brings over 30 years of experience to our practice. She graduated with her Bachelors in Physical Therapy from Oakland University.  She is certified in Lymphedema management with extensive experience in treating post-cancer patients.  She also has experience treating neurological, post-surgical, orthopedic, and geriatric clients. She is well versed in the BIG program for the treatment of Parkinson’s patients. She is also a member of the APTA. We are happy to have her as part of our growing rehab family.

Physical Therapist Assistant
Alison is a Michigan native, born and raised in Dearborn. She went to Hope College where she earned her bachelor’s in Social Work and worked with a non-profit in a west Michigan school district after graduating. She took a break from social work and was a nanny out in San Diego for two years, then another year in Michigan when she decided to begin pursuing a second career as a PTA. Alison is a recent graduate of the WCC PTA program and completed one of her rotations here at Care2Cure where she fell in love with the staff, clients, and familial environment. When she isn’t in the office, Alison loves spending time with her husband, Jon, and son, Bodie. She enjoys going on runs, baking, hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors of Michigan.
Sara McDermott PT, DPT

Sara McDermott PT, DPT

Physical Therapist
Sara and her husband Jim, bonus daughter Macie and fur baby Kuna live in Pinckney. She is originally from Hamburg Michigan but graduated from Pinckney High School. She went to WCC and completed the PTA program in 2009. She worked as a PTA while getting her Bachelors in Small Business from the University of Phoenix online while living in Mississippi. She then attended grad school at the University of Findlay obtaining her doctorate in physical therapy.  She has worked in orthopedic outpatient since becoming a PTA. She is certified in dry needling from IDN and she has been trained in Graston techniques.

Sara enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a big Michigan fan and loves to be active like running, playing basketball, volleyball, tennis or just going for a walk. She also enjoys camping and reading from time to time.
Rafael is a proud Michigan native who loves the Livingston County area. He attended high school in Pinckney and stayed in state for his collegiate education. He has undergraduate degrees from Washtenaw Community College (AS Exercise Science) and Eastern Michigan University (BS Exercise Science) but completed the doctoral program in Detroit at Wayne State University (Doctorate of Physical Therapy). He spent 2 of his clinical rotations working under sports physiotherapists who specialize in returning athletes to sport. He enjoys rehabbing patients of all ages/levels, from re-learning to walk/run to returning athletes to throwing, sprinting, dynamic movement and strength training.  When he’s not working you can find him traveling, hiking and strength training but he’s looking forward to getting back into volleyball/basketball leagues in the Ann Arbor area.
Jacqueline Grabinski, PT

Jacqueline Grabinski is a graduate of the University of Michigan – Flint. She has her Masters degree in physical therapy and 32 years of experience working with people with a variety of orthopedic challenges as well as neurological diseases such as MS, CVA, neuropathy, Guillain-Barre Syndrome, and Parkinson’s Disease ( LSVT BIG certified). She also treats vestibular diagnoses and has a passion for working with the Geriatric population and people with lower extremity amputations.
Jackie, her husband Terry  and their daughter have recently moved to the family farm in Northfield Township. SHe enjoys spending time with family including her siblings, neices, nephews and cousins. She enjoys nature and being outside, hiking and camping in Michigan with her daughter and husband.

Staci is a resident of long time resident of Whitmore Lake. She is a wife and mother of 3 children. Staci leads a very active lifesyle as she used to Coach Soccer for the Dexter Thunder. Staci is an integral part of our team. She manages and oversees all the scheduling, billing, and insurance aspects at Care2Cure Physical Therapy.
